How the twelve weeks work

Foundation, Growth, Achievement

After the free taster, beginners follow a clear path — not an open-ended trial.

Weeks 1–4

Foundation

Children learn to listen, follow instructions and focus their energy through simple challenges that feel successful from day one.

Weeks 5–8

Growth

Coordination, discipline and perseverance start to show. They see their own progress, and each skill adds to their self-esteem.

Weeks 9–12

Achievement

Confidence becomes visible as they work towards their first belt grading — the moment they realise, “I can do this.”
